The location was GREAT. It was easy to reach all the spots I wanted to visit. My room had a good size for storing my luggage. The staff WAS helpful with directions.

The floor in my room was dirty. I noticed it immediately when I walked in. Some of the towels were old, and they left fluff on my skin. I also found a few hairs on the pillows, not ideal.

i found the staff to be polite and helpful. they knew the best places to eat. they were also helpful with suggestions for days out. the shower was ALWAYS hot.

the kettle had some small limescale deposits inside.

i found parking good. the location was very close to the city centre and very clean. the staff responded quickly when informed that the curtain track needed fixing. the shower was compact but lovely.

The hotel lacked a bar or restaurant. Though this was not a major issue for me!

the staff at reception were cute. checking in was quick. our family room for five included parking at no extra cost. it reminded me of great value.

i would have liked more tea and coffee in the room. there could have been more supplied for our stay. it felt a little limited.

i think the location is awesome. it is only a ten minute walk to the beach and a half an hour walk from the town centre. this made getting around very easy for us.

the location was convenient. it was only a short walk to the beach. staff was quite helpful with directions. the free coffee in the room was also a plus. i appreciated the working kettle and hair dryer.

The room had a slight smell of stale cigarettes. the shower lacked a proper holder. I had to hold the shower head during showers. there was also a sticky residue on the kitchenette area. the grounds outside seemed a bit untidy.
