i mean, the washing facilities were totally in-house, like, right there! my room was super clean. it also included a birthday bonus for my partner and i didn't even ask. staff especially reception were very accommodating, like amazing!

receptionist attitude before traveling was so bad, when i wanted payment confirmation, i was just told to check email. a request for late checkout of 30 minutes came with a fee.

the staff was willing to help with requests i suppose it was acceptable

my room Did not match the photos i saw online it looked quite run-down. There were marks on the walls that should have been cleaned i also noticed sticky surfaces in the bathroom. the Maintenance seems lacking and it detracts from the experience i think.

The breakfast was ABSOLUTELY delicious. I found a good variety each morning. The location provided easy access to nearby attractions. I discovered in-house washing facilities, a VERY useful amenity.

I found that the room lacked windows, a little disappointing.
