We are staying in this hotel again because it is great. the staff is friendly. I find this very polite. the room was clean, modern and spacious. a big plus was the luggage storage. I appreciated it.

the air conditioning did not work very well in the room, something to improve.

The room had enough space, appreciated.

The thermostat didn't work. Air conditioning was also not working, so the room felt quite warm. The toilet seat was broken (it was a nuisance).

The room had a large size. The location offered practical benefits such as the proximity to a metro station and various restaurants. Taxis were also easily accessible from the hotel, I appreciated this convenience. Housekeeping kept everything very clean.

The thermostat was not working properly! though the air conditioning didn't work, the room was quite warm.

The staff offered a smooth check-in process. They were very nice. Employees communicated well in English, French, and Spanish. Staff promptly stored luggage after checkout, I found that helpful.

The location is close to las Ventas and provides easy access to green and red metro lines. It takes approximately 25 minutes to reach Puerta del Sol from the hotel. Taxis are easily found near the hotel.

The double bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom included amenities, a dental kit, soaps, a comb and a hair dryer. Everything was provided. The room was super clean and modern.
