I really appreciate the staff support. The hotel location is very convenient for sightseeing. I achieved seeing the main sights by foot. I liked energy inside the hotel.

I tried to contact the hotel by email. I also tried the website chat to get the airport pickup ride but nobody ever responded. Later they said their website and internet had problems.

the staff greeted me with warmth, and i found them consistently helpful throughout my visit. my room was cleaned daily and every request was handled quickly.

the street outside could become somewhat noisy during morning hours, i think due to street cleaning services.

the concierge offered valuable assistance with local directions, and also booked tours. housekeeping services maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. reception staff were always ready to assist with any questions.
