high noise levels mildew smell

The location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

My room faced a busy street, and the noise levels were high. It made sleep difficult. the bathroom had a persistent mildew smell, and I saw some visible mold in the shower.

surprisingly GOOD stay!

the room was clean when i arrived. it had a walk-in shower that worked really well! night staff were friendly AND super helpful. they gave me a choice of three rooms. i appreciated THAT!

The mattress felt a little firm. It could be softer.

a local convenience store nearby sells most things i needed. the hop inn is directly opposite the hotel. this place offers great food including an amazing full english breakfast i recommend.

The room was super clean. it included a mini fridge which was a nice bonus. the location is also great. It is a short walk to the pavilion..

the hotel advertised a continental breakfast, but it was not included. i also had to pay for parking at the hotel. other hotels have included it in the price..

Wonderful Location Near the Beach

convenient location spacious room clean room

I found the location very convenient. It was a short walk to both the beach and the pier. The hotel provided a surprisingly spacious room that included a fridge. I was also kinda surprised at how clean the room was. It created a cute atmosphere.

The carpet in my room had a small stain, though this did not affect my stay significantly.

convenient location reliable access adequate lighting comfortable mattress

the hotel is conveniently close to the sea, beach, and town centre. wifi access was reliable, and the lighting was more than adequate.. i also liked the availability of tea, coffee, and a water boiler directly in my room. i found the mattress comfortable and this promoted lovely sleep.

i noticed very slight wear on some of the furniture.

Clean Room Near the Beach

My room had a fridge, which I appreciated. The location is great. It's a short walk to both the beach and the city center. I found the bed comfy, too.

I had to collect the keys from a different hotel. It was a bit of a walk.

There is no on-site reception, but communication was simple and effective. Key collection occurs at a sister hotel nearby. This ensures a streamlined check-in process. The staff are friendly and respectful, very important.

There is no on-site catering, but the Hop Inn opposite the hotel provides excellent food. A full English breakfast is available there. The food was AMAZING!!! This makes the lack of hotel breakfast less of an issue.
