extra fee corridor tea
I thought I was getting a room with a king size bed when I booked, but it felt more like a regular bed in a very large room. Reception staff changed my room. I was thankful for that. It would be more transparent about what guests are reserving. Tea and coffee are not in the room. They are in the corridor, it was a surprise. Breakfast is supposed to be included. anything beyond egg on toast required an extra fee. This felt disappointing.

The decor had a quirky high-quality finish and the cleanliness was notable. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was a short walk to the beach. The breakfast and coffee were good and the rooms were excellent. The beds were comfy and the towels were great

super clean room quirky design comfortable bed helpful staff
the room was super clean. the room design was quirky. the bed was really comfortable. i found the staff super helpful. the breakfast was also lovely. i appreciated the excellent location near the o2. everything was very convenient for my visit.
the tea and coffee facilities were located in the corridor and not inside the room, a slight inconvenience.

Really good Stay, Attention to Detail and Great Staff
stylish decor lush products friendly staff free cereals
The room décor was stylish and fun. The bathroom had products I loved. Boscombe Beach is a short walk away (great for sunsets). The staff were friendly and accommodating. We appreciated the complementary drinks and breakfast cereals.
The coffee and tea facilities were in the corridor, not in the room. I found this detail less convenient.

The location is close to Bournemouth Academy (approximately 250 metres). The place was spotlessly clean and tidy. The overall aesthetic is quirky and stylish, with attention given to design details throughout the premises.
