untrained staffmissing amenities
The reception staff needs a little more training, i think. they didn't tell me about the breakfast timings at check-in. also, housekeeping left a pillowcase in the room. The bin had no plastic bag, either. It was very annoying.

incorrect hours
the advertised beach bar hours were incorrect it stated the bar was open until 10:00 pm. i found it closed by 7:00 pm without any prior notice this was very disappointing.

the king room had a balcony with sea views. everything was super clean because of the amazing housekeeping (i really appreciate this).
the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions in the city.
