Quiet and relaxing stay
friendly staff private beach large pool
I found the staff very cute. Karim and Desmond at reception were helpful upon arrival and departure. The private beach and large pool provided a resort atmosphere. The hot tub was a definite plus..

inconsistent service, i guess
untrained staff missing amenities
The reception staff needs a little more training, i think. they didn't tell me about the breakfast timings at check-in. also, housekeeping left a pillowcase in the room. The bin had no plastic bag, either. It was very annoying.

underwhelming stay with a few issues
incorrect hours elevator noise
the advertised beach bar hours were incorrect it stated the bar was open until 10:00 pm. i found it closed by 7:00 pm without any prior notice this was very disappointing. my room was next to the elevator i could hear it and guests all night i found it hard to sleep

The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had great choices for food, with options to suit different tastes. The cleanliness was superb across the entire hotel, including the pool and beach areas.

sea views amazing housekeeping
the king room had a balcony with sea views. everything was super clean because of the amazing housekeeping (i really appreciate this).
the hotel is a bit far from the main attractions in the city.
