the location is amazing. it is just a few minutes from the charles bridge, so it is easy to reach many spots. the staff were very helpful and kind (especially when i needed directions).

the walls were damaged in several places (i spotted five). this. also, some lights were dim, not ideal in the evenings.

I found a couple of things disappointing. the bathroom sink had a noticeable crack. also, the breakfast setup was a bit inconvenient. There were no plates or glasses available in the corridor buffet so i had to bring them from my room. this felt rather disorganized and not what i expected for the price.
