the staff were friendly, available and helpful to my needs. breakfast was good, its have the essentials. the location was fine because is near a metro station. internet works very well.

the room was very small for two people, it's cramped. the bed was small, not suitable if you are a tall person. i could not open windows at night because it was very loud outside.

The room was clean and the location accessible. Many services are available nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The doors did not close properly (I could see gaps). Sound isolation was poor. Checking in and checking out occurred at a different hotel across the street. This was a bit inconvenient.

The hotel is located very close to the metro. Reaching any part of the city from this place is easy. Check-in was simple and efficient. The reception operates 24/7. The room was cleaned daily and towels were replaced.

The hotel is composed of several buildings. This separation caused inconvenience.

the suite was very clean. the room included a tv and a safe. i appreciated the abundance of towels. staff stored my bags securely at reception after checkout.

the street outside was occasionally a bit noisy.
