I loved the location so much. it was close to many amazing restaurants and cafes. plus, the staff offered great restaurant recommendations that was SUPER helpful. the room was very nice. It had a good size and recent updates.
it is unfortunate that the bathroom door was a little jammed when i arrived. reception told me a service ticket had been created. apparently the fix wasn't scheduled till later next week.

The location is very good. Cafes, transportation, and attractions are easily accessible. Staff communication was excellent and they were very helpful. The room decor was nice. The mattress was very comfortable.
The bathroom door was jammed upon my arrival. I was told a service ticket was submitted. The repair was scheduled for the following week.

the staff was helpful. the rooms were nicely equipped.
the bathroom door was jammed upon my arrival! the reception said a service ticket existed but repairs were scheduled for "next week". also, noise from the bar next door was loud until the early morning, disrupting my sleep.
