The room was clean. I was so excited. the housekeeping team was cute, i felt so at home. the bed provided a restful night's sleep, just what i needed after my travels. They made getting around the hotel easy and fast.
The lighting in the bathroom could be better. It was a bit too bright for me

I found the room quite spacious. The location was also convenient. I appreciated the friendly staff plus its proximity to both a bus and metro station.
The shower looked as if it had been caulked around poorly. The glass was also streaky when it steamed up. I did not like that the toilet seat moved a lot and wasn't secure. A colleague also found this issue in his room.
