Guests can explore three signature restaurants. Market 39 showcases Western, Vietnamese & Southeast Asian cuisines. Yu Chu specializes in Cantonese and Peking cuisine. Basilico serves Italian dishes. Market 39 includes a superior selection of appetizers, soups, seafood, grilled meats, noodles and pastries, prepared live in seven interactive kitchens. The chefs at Yu Chu prepare meals for business lunches and family dinners. Guests may savor BBQ's char siu of Spanish Iberian pork with Hoa Binh honey, House cured Norwegian salmon salad, Szechuan steamed garoupa, Wok fried Australian rib eye with trio of capsicum and black pepper sauce, and Fresh Hoa Loc mango cream soup with sago and pomelo. Guests can experience skin roll, deep-fried with garlic and chili, stir-fried minced duck meat roll with lettuce, aromatic-herb-flavored duck soup, stir-fried duck meat with yellow noodle or shredded duck fried rice.
