The staff greeted me with smiles upon arrival. They allowed me to check in early at around 10 am. My room was beautiful, super clean, and featured luxe fixtures. The minibar was stocked with free beverages and snacks. It was refilled daily. I loved the complimentary spa products in the bathroom (I am a sucker for a good lotion!).

The first night I experienced a constant trickling noise. It kept me awake for most of the night. I mentioned it to the receptionist the following morning. I was informed that they would log the request and send someone to check. I wish they could have fixed it more quickly.

The staff was great. The minibar had complimentary italian soft drinks. I also appreciated the available spa-cosmetic products (they smelled nice).

The air conditioning was poor, causing the room to get too hot. The window did open, but not enough to properly ventilate the room. I had to request a kettle, inconvenient.

the room design was very appealing to me. i also found it clean , and the staff were very friendly. the service was definitely oriented towards helping guests.

the hotel lacked its own restaurant , needing a walk to find suitable options.
