“What struck me most was the smart design, modern feel and cleanliness; plus, its location is ideal, a short walk to the metro, with easy access to the city and airport. The rooftop garden offers a peaceful retreat, complete with complimentary snacks and drinks, and the staff are particularly kind and helpful; all in all, it's an excellent value. Really good stay near Transportation Hub

staff professionalism essential amenities self-laundry secure building

the staff showed true professionalism and offered clear instructions before my arrival. my room was clean and provided essential amenities including an ironing board and iron. i also used the convenient self-laundry facilities. the building felt secure because i used a code for entry rather than a card

The room temperature was not adjustable. The heat was locked and remained too low for my comfort

average stay with some disappointments

inadequate shampoo cleanliness standards

the lack of regular cleaning felt more like an airbnb than a hotel. i also found there wasn't enough shampoo provided for my 3-day stay. a final thing that annoyed me, i received an email detailing potential charges if the room wasn't perfectly clean upon my departure. this added unnecessary stress to my stay.

adequate but flawed

locked thermostat cold room

the receptionist was very kind, even providing an umbrella when it rained on my departure.

The room's heating system seemed to be centrally controlled. I could not adjust the temperature myself. i visited the reception. Staff said raising the temperature was impossible as it was already at the maximum of 22 degrees, yet the room felt cold. this restriction made taking a bath unappealing because of the chilliness in the room

fantastic stay with great rooftop views

amazing views useful kitchen free laundry

the rooftop terrace offered amazing views. the kitchen facilities in my room were really useful. the free laundry including soap was a nice surprise , especially after a week of traveling.
