Excellent Hospitality
excellent professionalismfriendly staffhelpful manager
The hotel staff showed excellent professionalism. Mr Wasim, the night manager, allowed me to use his personal mobile for an international call. The housekeeping manager, Mr Ali, was also very friendly and helpful (which i appreciated).

the room was quite large and included a modern bathroom with a superb shower. i appreciated the free minibar stocked with water and soft drinks. (it was a nice touch!)

i found the room quite large. the bed provided great comfort. the bathroom seemed clean and modern with a super speed shower. the free minibar was stocked with water and soft drinks. i appreciated the snacks provided. the room cleaning happened twice per day. the reception staff was an excellent team. they were very helpful.
noise from nearby clubs was noticeable late into the night, particularly on lower floors. this made it difficult to fall asleep until around 5 am. the sound of cars revving added to the disruption.

the breakfast buffet provides enough variety to satisfy morning needs. there are several room service waiters who are professional when they bring meals to the room, always punctual and courteous. i enjoyed the convenience.

the location offers convenient access to many bus stops and nearby shopping streets. several eateries can be found within walking distance. this access made exploring the area very easy. it was great.

the hotel has an infinity pool with a modern cocktail bar. the fitness center includes a sauna and spa. the television in the room was large. i used these facilities. the bar was great
