the free parking on the front was excellent. I was grateful for the twin room with sea view, and i found it to be good value. The room was clean. I was also near many services. there was a tram stop ONE minute away.

the rooms could benefit from SOME updates.

The staff was very friendly. i was asked if i needed anything, like more toilet rolls, towels, or tea and coffee. i had a twin room with a sea view. It was definitely good value. the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. excellent free parking was available on the front.

the room curtains did not fully close.

Fine Stay with a Lovely View

efficient check-in nice sea view convenient location

I appreciated the efficient check-in process. My room offered a nice sea view. The parking was available outside at no cost. I found the location quite convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

The television in my room did not function. This was an unfortunate distraction. I look forward to this being resolved .

sea view friendly staff clean room

i liked that the staff asked if i needed anything like tea or coffee, that felt warm. my twin room had a sea view, and it felt worth the cost. the room was clean, and the bed felt so soft and dreamy.

the hotel do not provide entertainment, i didn't know that before.

amazing sea view and super comfy beds. what a win!

i loved the comfy beds and my twin room was just what i needed! the free parking right out front was super handy. i really appreciated the location as a tram stop is just a minute away, we even had mcdonald's right there!

the out-of-date coffee in my room was a bummer, and i also found water left in the kettle. i had coffee expiring 01/25.

my room was quite spacious with a great sea view. i also found the free parking outside very convenient. the staff were very cute, and i appreciated their friendliness. the location was ideal, close to the tram stop and various food options.

the hotel was a little dated, but this did not significantly detract from my stay.

the location was good and close to amenities. free parking was available for all guests. staff were friendly and approachable, i appreciate it. i was asked if i needed anything like tea and coffee.

the television did not work in the lounge.
