i really loved how spacious the one-bedroom apartment was. it was clean and well-equipped. the location was super convenient. i found access to public transport very easy. it made exploring the area simple! the staff were friendly and helpful and always ready to assist. i really appreciated their professionalism

I have to say there was a very slight gap under the apartment door. It allowed some hallway noise. it wasn't a huge deal, but i did notice it

The staff was helpful with local directions. The tram stop is conveniently located right in front of the building.

I found some issues (and I mean actual problems). There was no coffee machine despite it being listed in the amenities, I only saw a moka pot. I got charged for two days of cleaning upon check-in, but the cleaning never happened (I thought cleaning was already included).
