i found good communication with the owner. prompt details were provided about how to access the building because it is all done remotely. facilities proved good, the room was cosy, clean and included everything we needed for our stay.

i noticed a slight lack of breakfast facilities.

The location was fine. It was a short taxi ride into the city centre.

I found the room wasn't properly cleaned. It was quite dusty. the edges of the carpet weren't vacuumed. I saw a lot of dust and crumbs. the kettle wasn't clean either. There was limescale inside (a bit disgusting, honestly).

the room was spacious, a beautiful quadruple room it was. it had a living space, a bonus for the stay. the bathroom included a large bath and a modern shower. there was also a double sink, quite handy.

the hotel felt a bit unwelcoming. the mattress felt too springy (almost like a trampoline). the furnishings seemed mismatched. the carpet looked a bit shabby too.
