Can you let me know if there are rooms that don't require climbing too many stairs?

Currently, all rooms and apartments are located on the first floor, which requires climbing approximately 20-30 stairs. However, next year, new accommodations will be available on the ground floor, which will only have around 5 stairs.
Is it possible to store our luggage at the property before the official check-in time?
