Alexander Lodge offers four guest rooms on the first floor, including three double rooms and one single room, all with refurbished en-suites. The deluxe room, Pakenham, features a king-sized double bed or twin beds, a walk-in shower room, a sitting area with a bay window, and a private balcony. The superior room, Fulljames, has a king-sized double bed or twin beds and a bay window. River is a cozy double room with a standard double bed. Herbert, the single room, includes a smaller double bed. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, Faith in Nature toiletries, a hairdryer, and complimentary Wi-Fi. During July and August, two large double en-suite rooms are available on the second floor on a 'room only' basis, with access to an adjacent kitchen.

Breakfast is served between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM and is included in the room rates. Guests can enjoy a full English breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options, alongside a continental breakfast. The continental breakfast includes cereals, Greek yogurt, fresh fruit, croissants, toast, coffee, and juices. The dining room is available for guest use throughout the day, with a fridge stocked with fresh water and milk.

Alexander Lodge is a 2-minute walk from the clifftop and beaches. Guests can access the beach via the zig-zag path or a cliff lift. A range of activities including swimming, visiting the cinema, theatre, and exploring the New Forest, Sandbanks, and Purbecks are available.

It is a short walk to coffee houses, restaurants, and shops on Southbourne Grove, with bus service into Bournemouth. Christchurch Priory, Mudeford Quay, and the New Forest are a short drive away. The Purbeck Breezer bus connects Bournemouth to Swanage. Free off-road parking is available, with unrestricted parking on the road and clifftop. Bikes can be stored at the back of the property.

Alexander Lodge offers fresh coffee or tea upon arrival. The property provides secure storage for bikes, and umbrellas, walking sticks, and binoculars are available for borrowing. Alexander Lodge gift vouchers are available for purchase. A kitchen with crockery, cutlery, fridge/freezer, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster, suitable for making drinks, breakfast and light snacks is available for the guests that are staying in the rooms located on the second floor.
