the location was acceptable as it was near public transport links.
I found the lack of clear signage frustrating. It made locating the entrance difficult. the in-room safe malfunctioned . I contacted the front desk but it remained unresolved (even after a technician supposedly checked it). i also noticed the minibar was not restocked daily as advertised.

The location was excellent in the city center. It felt safe.
The light switches were so confusing. The heating system was terrible. I had to call down to the front desk for help with the system. There were no instructions for most things.

The location was excellent. It is very near the duomo and also restaurants and shops. the room was clean and also beautiful. the entrance was easy to find. i had time after check-out and they let me leave my luggage at the hotel. It helped me a lot.
the room was a little pale for my taste, maybe some warmer tones would have helped.
