Guests consistently praise the apartments' spaciousness and convenient location, making it easy to walk to Exeter's city center, the pedestrian precinct, and even the riverfront; the Exeter central bus and coach station is also easily reachable. The well-equipped communal kitchen and modern bathrooms with excellent showers are commonly appreciated, along with thoughtful touches like starter tea bags and muffins. meh.

small room expensive parking
the shower was decent enough, i guess.
the room they gave me was not what i expected. the photos online made the triple room city view look a lot bigger than it actually was. and seriously, 8 pounds a day for parking? that's a bit much, even for a 'convenient' location.

modern bathroom great location narrow staircase late message
I found the location great. It was minutes from a local bus stop. A supermarket was about 5 minutes away and I could easily reach the city center in about 15 minutes. The shower was also modern. I really liked it.
My arrival message came too late. It was a bit of a scramble. The narrow staircase to the second floor was inconvenient. I had to carry all my luggage up those stairs.

Super Spot for Sightseeing!

fabulous setup off-street parking
The kitchen had a fabulous setup. It was great I use the washing machine and dryer. Access to off-street parking was a real advantage. I loved the little touches like coffee capsules and muffins.
I think the message about arrival come too late. I never had contact with nobody, felt unpersonal. A narrow stair was not so good.
