Many rooms include a sofa. Jackson Suites and Presidential Suites have king-sized beds and a separate living area with a sofa and work space. Accessible rooms include king, two queen, and suite configurations, ranging from 508 to 777 square feet, with accessible tubs and roll-in showers. Each accessible room has a strobe-light door, phone, and alarm system.

The property includes five dining venues. An American-Italian menu includes specialty pizzas, meatballs, sandwiches served on house-made rolls, and classic pasta dishes for lunch and dinner. Primo's MX Kitchen & Lounge offers Tex-Mex cuisine. There is a gourmet coffee bar with espresso, specialty coffee, and pastries. A hidden underground lounge features an extensive bourbon collection and cocktails.
Leisure and Entertainment
The Statler Pool is located on the 4th-floor rooftop. It offers loungers and cabanas, available on a first-come, first-serve basis, and is open daily from 8 AM to 11 PM. Waterproof, the 19th-floor rooftop bar & lounge, has panoramic views of the Dallas skyline, a pool, and a pool deck with loungers and cabanas. Scout, a sports bar, features a bowling alley and big-screen TVs.
