Each room includes a work desk, complimentary WiFi, Smart HDTVs, an iron with ironing board, a mini-bar, a Nespresso coffee maker, bath products, an in-room safe, plush robes, and room service. Many rooms include a sofa. Jackson Suites and Presidential Suites have king-sized beds and a separate living area with a sofa and work space. Presidential Suites measure 1,300 square feet and include a wet bar and dining table. Accessible rooms include king, two queen, and suite configurations, ranging from 508 to 777 square feet, with accessible tubs and roll-in showers. Each accessible room has a strobe-light door, phone, and alarm system.

Dining & Drinks

The property includes five dining venues. An American-Italian menu includes specialty pizzas, meatballs, sandwiches served on house-made rolls, and classic pasta dishes for lunch and dinner. Primo's MX Kitchen & Lounge offers Tex-Mex cuisine. There is a gourmet coffee bar with espresso, specialty coffee, and pastries. A hidden underground lounge features an extensive bourbon collection and cocktails.
