awesome staff complimentary coffee well kept areas
The lobby had a beautiful design. The staff was very helpful offering tips. Complimentary coffee service was available, a nice plus. The public areas were well maintained..
The valet parking cost felt a bit high.

convenient location friendly staff dark room missing supplies
The location is convenient. The hotel is right in the downtown area. A coffee shop exists on the main level (I like coffee!). The staff seemed friendly.
The room seemed dark and a bit depressing. There was a kitchenette, but it lacked supplies. I had to buy water from the lobby, because water wasn't available in the room.

historic gem with spacious rooms!
excellent room size historic aspect quick valet
the room size was excellent it reminded me of a small apartment. i appreciated the historic aspect and the building's character. the valet parking service was quick and the staff were always ready to assist me with my car.
the elevator wait times were occasionally longer than i would have liked.

this hotel has a superb downtown location it places you close to main attractions. a nearby dart stop offers convenient access to the airport which saves you money. the at&t complex is situated directly across the street from the hotel.

central location lovely staff seamless check-in prompt attention
the location was central. i could walk to everything i needed. the staff members are lovely, they remember small details. my check-in was seamless, and all my requests received prompt attention.

the suite included soft linens, a cozy armchair, and bedside lamps perfect for night reading. the bathroom feature rainfall shower head and a separate area for dressing. it had large windows offering a beautiful view.

friendly staff older architecture great views neglected hotel double charge deposit issue
the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. the architecture of the hotel had an older feel that i liked. the views from my room were great (i could see the city).
the hotel feels a bit neglected and furniture looks tired. i was charged twice for my stay (this caused a real issue). i have not received the deposit back even after contacting the hotel.
