Carlos greeted us with really good kindness. He provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants. The hotel's unique design created immediate calm. I reminded me of I was in an oasis of tranquility.

The absence of an on-site restaurant was a slight inconvenience. It required planning meals in advance.

The staff offered personalized assistance with our itinerary. They also arranged seamless transportation. The WhatsApp support addressed all our queries efficiently. I was impressed by their attention.

I appreciated the little touches like chocolates before bed. The hotel staff helped me with my itinerary, a real bonus. The courtyard with the pool is beautiful, particularly the Moroccan tiles.
