Fantastic Stay Near Central Station

The hotel is very clean. The breakfast offered a lot of selections. All staff members were polite. The proximity to the central station is convenient. I found many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. The hotel features very nice interior design. I liked the pop-art style paintings in the lobby. The room was spacious. A separate room served as a closet. Ms. Alice was an excellent front office employee. She assisted me with some important travel issues. I am grateful for her help. The hotel offers complimentary products from acqua di parma. The location and service were very successful. I was granted early check-in due to availability. This was a nice chance. The architecture is elegant. The care of details in the interiors is amazing.

The shower temperature was inconsistent. It turned cold unexpectedly.

Underwhelming "Luxury" Experience

The hotel's location was acceptable. It was a short walk to the train and metro station.

I was disappointed in the air conditioning. It seemed to be connected to the central heating system and did not cool the room effectively. The room became uncomfortably warm. I reported it, but nothing changed.

The central ac was great during those hot days. the breakfast was really good, it had a good variety. the service was helpful and friendly. They always assisted me when i needed something.

the standard room was quite small for the price i paid. the coffee machine in the room didn't work, i could not get it to work. i tried following the instructions, but it still failed.
