Really good Digital Hotel Experience

I appreciated the proximity to the Rato metro station, just a short walk away. A supermarket nearby offered great convenience. The digital system for access and communication worked flawlessly. The room was well-equipped, and I found the provided amenities quite useful.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the Rato metro station, providing easy access to transportation. The Bairro Alto area is about a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Many Uber options are available, costing around 3-4 euros to the harbour area.

Totally awesome digital hotel!

I loved the location, it is close to Principe Real. Everything went smoothly with the digital hotel experience! The design of the room was awesome and I used all facilities. The bed was super comfy and I enjoyed the treats upon arrival.
During my stay there was a fire alarm at night with zero staff to help. I had to evacuate, waiting in the street for an hour. The facility didn't explain anything or offer any apology.

the room design was new and the location were really great. it were so close to everything that you need. the cleanliness was top notch too. i will recommend this to everyone.
my room were quite small and it looked a bit used. the walls were stained plus bruised. one of the kitchen cabinets don't even close. i don't know what to say.

the location was good the shower was nice
i was disappointed the room lacked air conditioning i found this unacceptable especially given the price i paid it was difficult to sleep comfortably the support team was unhelpful when i raised this issue they didn't offer a satisfactory solution the room also felt smaller than i expected which added to my discomfort.
