I found the staff very professional. they were also friendly and helpful. the room was clean and well-equipped. It was nice to have room cleaning every day. i liked the convenient transport options close to attractions.
the air-conditioning was not working well. it made the room hot. it was hard to sleep because of the heat.

the hotel provides free wi-fi, which i appreciate. the lobby includes cucumber water available . daily cleaning services were provided by the staff, a testament to their commitment to maintaining the premises.

The reception staff were helpful and friendly. I appreciate the cucumber water in the lobby. It was a NICE touch! My room was clean and warm. The hotel is near the Duomo. I would rent bikes next time.
The sound insulation wasn't GREAT. I could hear conversations between rooms. I also heard outside traffic. This affected my sleep.
