the room was clean with amenities that worked well. bedding also was clean. i liked the balcony too. it was a nice addition. i appreciated the location as it was easy to go from point a to point b.
there was loud music next to my room until late at night. it took multiple requests to the receptionist to have the volume lowered. a fine for loud noise after 10 p.m. may improve the situation.

the reception staff was friendly. they helped out whenever possible. check-in and check-out were quick and uncomplicated. i received assistance with directions to nearby attractions, and the staff was always available.

The hotel features 24-hour security. My room included a keyless deadbolt lock inside. the wifi was reliable and fast. Charging outlets were conveniently located.

Free coffee, tea, and snacks were available. oatmeal, frozen breakfast options, nuts, and chocolate were also provided. these offerings were a welcome addition. The breakfast options were okay but not amazing.

totally awesome stay

the staff was super friendly. patrick, in particular, really stood out! the room was so clean, and they even switched us to one with a balcony when we arrived. it felt very affordable, especially with all the perks.
the walls felt a bit thin, and i could hear doors closing in the hallway. it was slightly disruptive.

a bus station right in front of the hotel makes getting around easy. a subway station only five minutes away provides super quick access to explore, great for getting downtown fast!

I saw a convenience store across from the hotel. Very handy for grabbing snacks and drinks. this nearby shop makes quick stops easy, also it saves time and hassle. you can get all kinds of goodies.

the bus stopped directly in front of the hotel. the subway was also just two blocks away. many stores are in the area. the bed was comfortable.
the hotel entry is a bit messy with some street rubbish.
