The Domus Henrici Boutique Hotel has eight guestrooms distributed over two floors. Each non-smoking room includes a furnished patio, a pillow menu, free Wi-Fi, a safe, an LCD satellite TV, a mini Hi-Fi system with CD and DVD player, and a coffee and tea maker. All rooms feature wooden furniture with pure lines in dark colors combined with light-toned classic carpets. Some rooms have access to the lower terrace. Select rooms offer views of Petrin Gardens, the city, and Strahov Monastery. The hotel's suite includes a living room and large bathroom. Due to the building's historical design, there is no elevator; all rooms are accessible by stairs only.

The hotel is located in Lesser Quarter (Mala Strana) with views across the Vltava river to the old town; if the walk up the hill is difficult, the Malostranská tram to Pohořelec is a three-minute walk from the hotel.
