The location was fantastic! we could easily walk to many attractions. the room was surprisingly large. It was much bigger than i expected. the staff was very helpful and friendly too.

The location is very convenient. It is close to major attractions (i walked to Central Park). The staff provided helpful customer service.
The tv did not work. I reported this several times, but it was not fixed. There was noise from the street. The windows were not soundproofed, so there was considerable noise at night.
