the hotel is a bit old, but it didn't bother me too much.

the location is great, walking distance to many places. our apartment was spacious and clean. breakfast had a good variety and fresh items. the staff was helpful, particularly with directions.

the staff was friendly i had the two-bedroom penthouse apartment it had access to a roof terrace the location was convenient to midtown and central park a subway station was close by a supermarket was two blocks away
the hotel lobby is really small it gets easily crowded i also found the hotel to be quite dated

the breakfast offered eggs sausage potatoes toast bagels waffles cereal pastries juices yogurt and fruit a coffee or hot chocolate machine was available at all times donuts were handed around some mornings

the building is not very high i liked its normal proportions the hotel is close to a subway station grand central station is about three blocks away rockefeller center is a ten minute walk away

the suite was spacious and comfortable bedrooms were quite large an attached kitchen included basic cooking utensils and cutlery cleanliness was good room cleaning was provided after every two nights of stay toiletries were provided too
