I appreciated the excellent location near teatro scala. the staff, especially sean, was very helpful. He provided recommendations for local restaurants. the room had a comfortable bed and stylish design. the shower room offered lovely products.

Mixed Feelings About This Stay.

impractical design constant noise

The location was quite central, so getting around wasn't too difficult.

The room's design felt a bit impractical. I kept bumping into corners. The promised concierge service was barely there. It felt more like an upmarket apartment than a proper hotel. the noise from the street was constant. Sleep was often interrupted by early morning traffic.

adequate location. but some issues

helpful staff central location faulty lock cracked mirror

the reception staff were helpful. they were kind and cute throughout my stay. the location is central and within easy walking distance of everything, however.

The door lock didn't work. i had to contact the manager to fix it. there was a giant crack in the full length mirror. It gave me a bad impression.
