basic equipment neighbor's noise

the gym equipment was basic. i mean, seriously, three treadmills? and get this, the noise. i could clearly hear the neighbors plugging in their phones. it was like they were right there in my room! ridiculous.

efficient shuttle clean room food selection

The airport shuttle runs efficiently and gets me to the terminals quickly. My room was very clean. THE restaurant offered a good selection of food at its buffet.

The concierge service wasn't as responsive as I would have liked. I needed to call several times to get assistance with my luggage.

The breakfast buffet had a really excellent food selection suitable for everyone's tastes. the staff was very friendly and polite. saing did a great job preparing the room each day. It was like my first time there every time i walked in.

punctual service breakfast options small gym cold air conditioning

The shuttle service, i think, was punctual. breakfast had a lot of options. I tried some local dishes and liked them.

the gym is small. it has only a few machines and dumbbells, the air conditioning in the room was too cold. I could not adjust the temperature to my liking.

cold staff missing shower

The staff at the front desk were rather cold. I didn't feel particularly welcome. I needed to call multiple times to get my luggage delivered to my room after I arrived. They seemed to ignore my request for at least half an hour, REALLY annoying. the bathroom lacked a rain shower, a small detail that would have elevated the experience.
