Design elements
Apartment No. 3 includes a system of larch wooden beams that creates internal divisions. The beams and panels use OSB for strength and stability. The apartment also features two puffs in place of a traditional sofa, suitable for outdoor use in the private mini-garden. Apartment includes structural reinforcement built with beams from the old roof, bounded by a thin network. The living room is a concrete tank lowered by four steps. Select apartments boast shiny, green tone ceilings.

Location and Access
Concoct Milano is conveniently located in the popular Sempione area, near the Chinatown area of Milan. Concoct Milano is an 8-minute walk from Sempione Park and Sforzesco Castle, and 800 metres from Arena Civica. Paid parking is available in via Messina 10 or 13. Take Corso Como, cross Piazzale Baiamonti, take Via Paolo Sarpi, then Via Arnolfo di Cambio on your right. By car, set GPS to Via Fioravanti 19 to avoid the pedestrian area, arriving from Piazza del Cimitero Monumentale or Via Procaccini.

Just before your arrival, on your left, you will find a restricted small street (via Arnolfo di Cambio. at n°8 you'll find Concoct). You can stop the car there to unload the luggage.
