The reception staff was available 24/7. This. I enjoyed a complimentary breakfast each morning! The location was quiet, and I easily accessed buses and trams. The receptionists were so kind and helpful. I really appreciated that.

The location is in a cozy, calm area with lots of greenery around. I found this peace all around very refreshing. A tram stop is nearby. It is a short walk from the hotel, providing easy access to transportation. The area felt safe.

The hotel room had minimal appliances. There was no kettle available.

i liked that the staff was kind and helpful to me. breakfast was convenient because it helped me to save time in the morning. the location was a walk from the susa station and tram, i didnt need a cab.
the walls are so thin here. i could hear every word from people in the room next to me. the plumbing from ages ago interrupted my sleep a little.

poor doordefective fridge
The breakfast room lacked air conditioning. This was not optimal given the warm weather. My room's entrance door was in poor condition. It barely closed. You could hear everything happening in the hotel. The fridge did not function properly.
