the room was clean and thoughtfully furnished. the bed was comfortable, and i found well-appointed amenities. the hotel's location offered easy access to popular attractions! it was near shopping districts, so exploring the city was easy. the staff were warm and cute.
The elevator was broken. I had to carry luggage up several flights of stairs. there was usually no one at the front desk. nothing was ever replenished in the room without me asking, and i had to chase someone down. the outside door to the building was always locked, so i had to call to get it unlocked.

Fantastic Location and Helpful Staff
quiet location stylish bathroom comfortable bed detailed instructions
The hotel location is very nice, directly opposite the castle! yet it is still quiet. The room decor was gorgeous. The stylish bathroom was very well appointed. High-quality linen was used on the super comfortable bed. I also appreciated the complimentary water, coffee, and snacks. Debra was especially helpful. She arranged self-check-in and sent detailed instructions with pictures to make everything easy.
I had some difficulty getting into the building. I had to call to get a link to an app! Why wasn't this done at the time.

The building is very central and convenient. It is located by the park, a short walk to the city center. The hotel is near a metro station allowing easy transport to events. Many attractions and restaurants are located nearby the premises.

The room was clean, colourful, and inviting. Soft, white linen covered the comfortable bed and pillows. The water pressure in the shower was powerful and consistent. The rooms have good decoration and design overall.
Facilities

The building safety was good. It has locked gates at the entrance to increase security. Complimentary coffee and snacks are provided in the rooms. The historic building has been modernised providing updated amenities.

The front desk hosts are always available and ready to help. One staff member, Debora, was especially kind and supportive . She helped to arrange an upgrade for the room. This.

The room was spacious. i found the decor beautiful and clean. the staff were friendly. They were very helpful. i appreciated the great location near the castle.
the access system involved needing to call to enter the building, though the wifi was reliable.

poor soundproofing inconsistent water
I encountered some issues . The soundproofing was not great. I could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms quite easily. the hot water was inconsistent. It took a long time to get warm water in the shower some days. I also found no staff available to assist with luggage after hours.

convenient location attentive staff
the location provided easy access to nearby attractions the room was clean with a comfortable bed i found the staff attentive to my needs. little italian breakfast was in the room refills were available in the hallway.
the hotel did not have 24/7 reception support so i had to wait a while after calling.
