train stationcheck in processrock hard bed
the location near the train station was ACCEPTABLE.
i WAS very disappointed with the check in process. i had to chase for check in details, stressful. then, the bed was ROCK hard, requiring me to buy ibuprofen gel for my aching back.

the room i was assigned was quite small, and i found the limited space restrictive. only a skylight window was available for ventilation. this resulted in the room becoming uncomfortably warm despite the presence of a fan. the fan barely provided any relief! also, there was dust on the top of the wardrobe.

the room was quite small. i was in a double room. the skylight window was the only source of ventilation, i found the room got stuffy quickly. a more powerful fan would be beneficial (or air conditioning would be even better).

the location was convenient near the train station. the room had a refrigerator and microwave which i found useful. the code for key pick-up worked well and communication was prompt via email.
the check-in details were not sent on time. i had to follow up to get them. the room i had was quite small. the breakfast was self-service which was not ideal.
