i received a complimentary upgrade to a suite upon my arrival. the staff was very friendly and always ready to help with any request. because i had lots of luggage, the team brought all my bags up to my room.

the room was small, and the duplex layout felt somewhat awkward. i probably wouldn't use the duplex setup. it was a shame about that.

I was so pleased with the suite upgrade we got upon arrival, it was surprisingly spacious! the bed was comfortable. I slept wonderfully. the room had everything i needed plus more. the staff were also amazingly friendly and helpful.
