Wonderful Find!

amazing breakfast sweet options professional staff helpful advice

this hotel was a great find. The breakfast had many choices. I was impressed with sweet options, savory options, and even gluten-free options. The staff was very professional, friendly, and helpful when I asked for advice. They suggested a fantastic restaurant.

The room was super CLEAN. The sheets felt very nice against my skin. The size was ideal for a comfortable stay, easily accommodating my luggage and allowing free movement. A walk-in closet offered ample space for organizing belongings, a HUGE plus.

The staff demonstrated really good professionalism and friendliness throughout my stay. They were ready to help with advice, guiding me with recommendations for restaurants. Alvin was particularly accommodating during breakfast, readily fulfilling any requests with a smile, HOW wonderful!

Breakfast had a wide array of choices ranging from sweet to savory options, with gluten-free options. Coffee and tea were also available, and I found the quality to be satisfactory. The garden provided a VERY nice space to enjoy a pre-dinner drink.

The hotel location proved convenient, with easy access to desired destinations. It was comfortably located from the city center, about a 20-minute walk. The metro station was close as well. It was only two stops from the center.

Superb Stay at This Gem

helpful personnel sweet neighborhood nice breakfast

I find the personnel kind and quite helpful. We were with a baby and all was done to. The neighborhood seems calm and very sweet. Breakfast tasted really nice.

AC did not work correctly. Instead to cool down the room, it blows with hot air, so the room became 29 degrees warm. I asked for help, but they are not able to fix it. We shut down AC eventually.

The hotel has a modern design in a convenient, quiet location. I was offered a free upgrade. I stayed in a lovely suite with a living room and bedroom. The bedroom includes a huge bed and the bathroom features a big shower.
