The staff was helpful. They accommodated an earlier check-in. I was also able to store my luggage safely after checking out. This allowed me to enjoy my last day.

The shower had issues. It alternated between freezing cold and scalding hot water. A safe, consistent temperature was not achievable. I worried about potential scalding, especially for children.
