the location was very convenient for exploring the area.. our double room included fresh bedding, and i slept soundly. the owners allowed us to store our luggage, a really great help before our departure.

The shower in my room wasn't great. The water pressure was really low, and it took ages to get warm. also, the walls seemed thin. i could hear conversations and other noises from the neighboring rooms, which wasn't ideal for sleeping.

Chris greeted us upon arrival. He was quite cute. georgina was also lovely and checked in daily to see if we required anything. the location was great. Bond street provided the cheapest parking option at £8 for 24 hours! there was plenty of tea and coffee in the room.

The shower temperature was hard to regulate. It switched quickly between freezing cold and scalding hot.

Minion Room FUN!

The staff were AMAZING and cute. My kids ABSOLUTELY loved the minion theme in our room! The little ones enjoyed the cloud night light. It was cute. The beds were super comfy, and we all slept great.

Our room was clean overall. The bedding in our room had definitely seen better days, and the large stuffed Minions should have been replaced years ago. They were grubby.

The location is PERFECT, right next to the places we wanted to visit. Amenities like the Pleasure Beach, Sandcastle Waterpark, and the sea are close. A Wetherspoons is at the end of the street.

The staff was helpful. They accommodated an earlier check-in. I was also able to store my luggage safely after checking out. This allowed me to enjoy my last day.

The shower had issues. It alternated between freezing cold and scalding hot water. A safe, consistent temperature was not achievable. I worried about potential scalding, especially for children.
