I appreciated the complimentary shuttle within a two-mile radius. This service made local exploration easy. The hotel location is superb near the riverwalk. The staff members were friendly.
The air conditioning unit was quite loud it was positioned directly towards the bed. The shower's water temperature was inconsistent often resulting in cold showers. Some areas of the room was a bit worn.

Excellent Riverwalk Hotel

The hotel location is a short walk to the downtown area. The parking lot offers ample space and easy access. The staff responded fast and were friendly. I appreciated the shuttle service to destinations within two miles.
The gym equipment required Some Maintenance.

The restaurant menu was surprisingly good with a varied selection. I noticed a wide array of dishes that catered to different palates, even during the morning when staffing was limited. The staff worked hard to maintain service quality.

My room included an iron and an ironing board, always a welcome addition. The sheets felt clean and new, contributing to a restful night's sleep. Air conditioning worked efficiently and kept the room at a comfortable temperature.

A decent stay

The location worked out well for what i needed. It was near the riverwalk (i enjoyed a stroll in the evening). The staff were friendly and helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants.
The room felt a little outdated to me. The carpet seemed old (i noticed a few stains). There was also some noise at night. It sounded like it was coming from the air conditioning unit. It was hard to sleep soundly.

Adequate Stay Needs Some Attention
improperly closing doorinconvenient pool access
I found a couple things that bothered me. My room's door didn't close properly. I had to slam it shut all the time. The downstairs market also lacked beer and wine options. It was annoying. Pool access involved a trek through the lobby and around the building. It was not convenient at all.
