convenient location sea view outdated furniture noticeable humidity
The location was convenient near a metro station and bus stops. I especially enjoyed the fine sea view from my room (i loved watching the sunrise).
The building felt old and needed some tlc. There was also noticeable humidity in the room and the furniture felt dated (it felt old).

broken door scary entrance
The location is perfect to visit points of interest. The staff gave excellent instructions on where to eat.
The building entrance did not appeal to me. The entrance looked scary at night because of a wood plank covered hole. The main door was broken. The bathroom felt far from the room at night.
