The room was dated, and the air conditioning system struggled to maintain a consistent temperature. It kept fluctuating, and I found it difficult to get a comfortable sleep. the soundproofing wasn't adequate. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway ALL night. This lack of QUIET significantly detracted from my stay.

check-in and check-out were super smooth. the lobby has such a nice vibe, and the rooms got a makeover. breakfast is excellent. they have eggs, pancakes, and other stations with freshly prepared items. the beds are really comfortable. the bathroom is large, and there is also an extra seating area with a table, fridge, and tea and coffee setup. the air conditioning is nice and quiet!
i noticed the website mentioned a minibar, but it was totally empty except for two water bottles. they could add more drink-making facilities. i expect these in thailand. it would be amazing to have it fully stocked!
