amazing stay best hosts delicious breakfast room size greasy banister dated decor

john and jane are really the best hosts i ever seen. the rooms include everything i needed and the beds are so so comfy. the breakfast is very delicious!

the room size wasnt great, and that bathroom was tiny. the banister felt greasy and i see it been mentioned before. the decor looks dated and it needs to be modernized.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Hosts

warm welcome wide selection

John and Jane greeted us warmly on arrival. The location proved perfect for accessing local attractions. Breakfast was a treat with a wide selection of tasty food. We hope to return in the future.

Our room felt a little cramped, especially the very small bathroom. I also noticed the banister felt a bit greasy. Modernizing the decor would improve the experience.

The hotel enjoys a superb position close to the pleasure beach, sandcastle, and south shore. Getting to key attractions proved quick and easy. Local transport links are readily available from the hotel.

John and jane are fabulous hosts, they explain everything upon arrival. breakfast is amazing. You can have as little or as much as you like. the location is great!!!
