Surprising Gem Near the Station

great parking nice area relaxed bar

The hotel features great parking. It has many spaces round the back including CCTV which makes one feel secure. The reception plus the bar area appear nice. I also noticed the area was relaxed.

I observed marks on some walls. I also noted several cobwebs on the window frames.

The reception staff greeted me warmly. My room had tea facilities, a feature I always find welcome. The onsite parking cost £5, a very reasonable price indeed.

My room faced the street and I found it very loud. A lot of traffic passed by. There are no lifts, so I had to navigate a narrow staircase. This hotel is not suitable if you need easy access.

The breakfast was good. i especially appreciated the convenient parking available. It definitely eased my travel. the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Their assistance was invaluable throughout my visit.

i found that the noise level from the corridor was a bit high, making it difficult to sleep soundly.

A Wonderful surprise!

window sunshine professional staff accommodating service constant care

I found this little gem a real treat. Sunshine from the window in the morning filled me with joy. It started my day off RIGHT. The staff team was very nice. They were so professional, kind, and accommodating, I felt welcomed and cared for constantly. I will be bringing my family next time.

The rooms are quite small. They did what was required, though. THE radiator was on full, and I could not turn it down. This made for uncomfortable sleeping, as the room was too hot and stuffy.

The hotel provides ample useful furniture in each room. There is good lighting outside the hotel, a feature, I ALWAYS look for, which enhances safety. Staff is available 24 hours if needed, providing added security.

The hotel offers a very good breakfast and evening meal menu. The chef caters to individual needs, this is GREAT to know. Food was served very quickly, for both my evening and breakfast meals.

the staff greeted me with genuine warmth. the room was newly decorated, i noticed it had a modern flair. i found the provided toiletries added a special touch. i especially appreciated the quick service for meals.

The corridors seemed to have a slight musty smell. it was a very slight issue.
