The location was really convenient. it was close to everything i wanted to see. the staff were helpful. They made sure i had what i needed. the room had the amenities advertised. the building was quiet, which i appreciated after a long day.

the room could use some updates. i saw scuff marks on the walls, and there was tape around a plug socket. it just needs a little tlc

the location was easy. it was to access various attractions. this made exploring very straightforward. i could walk to the winter gardens and the tower in under five minutes, a definite plus.
