I found the staff helpful and genuinely friendly. the coffee corner located in the lobby was a nice touch, i visited it multiple times a day! the breakfast selection was extensive, i always found something new to try. the hotel boasts a beautiful garden and pool area. This was a very nice space to unwind in.

The neighbor-room was a bit noicy at times. I could hear some noise between the rooms, especially when children were there. though this wasn't a major issue, it was noticeable on occasion.

The location was convenient. A mall with a cinema and a starbucks were easily accessible from the hotel. this proximity made it easy to find entertainment and refreshments nearby. the area provided ample options for leisure and quick errands.

the service i received was great, with staff members going above and beyond to assist with queries and requests. ms melati was particularly patient and helpful, responding to all my questions promptly.

the staff were cute. they gave cookies at check-in. i liked the additional security around the hotel. the light under the bed was cool. the light blocking curtains worked well.

the dinner was terrible! you could only choose from a small set menu. the portion sizes were tiny. the food on the set menu was not worth the money at all.
