a tender stay
rooftop terrace fine view kind staff
The breakfast provided a good experience on the rooftop terrace. i particularly treasured the fine view i saw from there each morning. The staff demonstrated kindness, even surprising us with treats daily. this thoughtful gesture added a special touch.

an awesome stay
welcome gift delicious breakfast regular replenishment
I find the hotel was a real pleasure. i really like the wine, cheese and cookies left in my room. It was appreciated after arriving late. breakfast was delicious. There was a great assortment of food and drink replenished regularly.
The room are quite basic. The hotel is lifted to another level by all the thoughtful touches. i would say that it would be better to invest in updating the rooms too.

A rooftop breakfast area exists. It includes breakfast and offers cheese and wine on request from 3-4pm. the brownies are noteworthy. They sometimes deliver them to my room in the afternoon.

Access instructions for late arrival were great. This ensured a smooth check in. the hotel building has charm. The antique style adds to the experience. water is available. You can find it in the cafeteria.

Staff speak very good english. They are friendly, polite and very helpful. customer service is really good. The team goes above and beyond to assist. communication was excellent. All necessary information was provided.

The room was very clean. It provided a comfortable stay . a welcome gift exists. It is cheese and wine upon arrival. fresh brownies are provided. This is a nice touch when returning to the room.

charming stay near transport
rooftop breakfast good food pleasant staff helpful staff
i liked the breakfast it was served on the top floor. the outside terrace had views i enjoyed. food selection seemed varied and good quality. staff members was helpful and pleasant to me.
my room had a wooden door with glass windows and wallpaper this meant limited soundproofing. i could hear people walking past my door from the early morning.

the reception staff was helpful giving suggestions. a personal note and welcome cookie were a nice touch. i loved breakfast (especially the coffee!), it had a good variety. the room was clean, always appreciated.
the location is on steep, cobbled hills, which may not suit everyone.

The staff offered excellent support with check-in. I really appreciated their detailed information! The breakfast on the terrace proved wonderful. I also enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese served one evening. It was a SWEET touch!
The building is old. I noticed minor sound issues because there isn't strong sound isolation.

charming stay with thoughtful touches
clear instructions welcome wine replenished food
i found clear access instructions helpful when i arrived late. the wine, cheese, and cookies in the room were very welcome. breakfast included a great assortment of food and drink that staff replenished regularly. the thoughtful touches elevated the hotel.
i noticed the paint was flaking in the room.

the staff was very kind and helpful, giving tips about the area. i received a personal note and a welcome cookie, a very nice touch. they left a thank you card with cookies at the end of my stay.

my room included comfy beds and well kept. the rooms are cleaned daily without request, very convenient. a baby cot and a little baby towel were provided, so kind.
