The staff was very helpful at reception. A beautiful bar AND seating area were available. The location was ideal for the O2 academy.
The corners of the bed were quite sharp.

the staff were very friendly. my room was very clean and the bed was comfy. the location was indeed perfect (i went to the beach every day!). the facilities were also great, and the bedroom window offered a nice view.
I think one of the sinks in my room was a bit blocked. It needs some attention.

the hotel is close to the beach and the town center. this makes it easy to walk to many attractions and amenities. it also means i didn't have to drive much .

the host was very hospitable and friendly . tea and coffee were always available at any time. toast with butter and marmalade was available in the mornings, along with milk and juice (the marmalade was good).

The location was ideal for the o2 academy nearby. i managed to park right outside, a real plus. the room was clean and the bed, quite comfortable. I appreciated that.
the towels were small and black, stained with bleach. it felt more like a boarding house because there was no staff to ask for an extra pillow or blanket after a certain time, inconvenient.

the room was very clean. i found the bed comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day of travel. the shower was excellent, a relief after attending a gig.

simple pleasure
fresh teaquiet gardenlimited parking
the staff remained ever so attentive, ALWAYS making sure i had fresh tea. toast in the morning, it was a good touch. i particularly loved the garden, a true haven, perfect for a quiet moment with a glass of wine as the SUN set.
The shared toilet lacked separation, a little awkward. it could benefit from some improvements. the limited parking became a concern. Only a few spaces existed.

my double room it was a haven with sunlight. it featured many windows that bathed everything in soft light, and multiple outlets helped keep all devices charged so that I don't feel overwhelmed.

the garden area had a special charm, I must say. i found shops located all around, a great convenience. the complimentary breakfast it was a treasure and a perfect start to each day.

cool lightnice lighting
The bedroom was really nice, and the shower had a cool light in it. the tv was easy to use and they had nice lighting options in the room. I appreciated that. it was literally a five-minute walk from all the shops and food places i needed.
the communication wasn't clear regarding the toilet for my booked room being outside the room. it was not attached.
